Phosphatizer is a specialty low pH detergent designed for cleaning and phosphatizing metal before painting. Improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance by helping to passivate the metal surface. Works best between 120 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not allow product to dry on the surface. Rinse with cool, soft water. Fully biodegradable.
Adjust the metering valve according to severity of cleaning being done. It is best to clean from the bottom up and rinse from the top down. Rinse surfaces thoroughly after cleaning with clear, cool, potable water until clear. This works best if used in temperatures of 120 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
